FLORA, after Falconet, Villenauxe-la-Grande, terracotta, late 19th - early 20th century

Flora - Roman goddess of flowers and spring. The artist showed her as a young naked woman sitting among flowers. The prototype was presented at the Salon in 1750. Currently, the marble sculpture is in the collection of the Hermitage in St. Petersburg.
