A family of gazelles (?) Made of glazed faience. The art deco sculpture with the characteristic features of synthetism and decorativeness of the form has been finished with a strong, green glaze to enrich the effect.

Charles Lemanceau (1905-1980) - French sculptor, in 1923 he graduated from the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in Paris, and in 1925 he participated in the Autumn Salon, and then in numerous other exhibitions. He made monumental stone sculptures, as well as the design of many ceramic figures, the most famous of which are those depicting animals and made in the art deco style.

Height 44 cm, length 57 cm, width 14.5 cm.

The condition is visible in the photos, very good, with a slight dent at the end of the gazelle's horns.
