The girl was depicted in a long dress, revealing her shapely thighs. He plays with tangled hair, shifting the weight of the body in motion.

In his right hand he is holding a glass bulbous vat. This is where the burner comes out with a mechanism that regulates the height of the flame.

Emile Bruchon (1806-1890) - French decorative sculptor. He specialized in foundry arrangements of lmaps and clocks. His sculptural inspirations were based on historical and mythological figures. His works are characterized by a meticulous presentation of details. In the 1880s, he exhibited his works at the Paris Salons.
