MUSCLE DROP WITH AN ANGEL, 19th / 20th century

A stoup composed of a winged figure and a natural shell.

A standing angel was placed on a small pedestal. Dressed in a long cascading robe, he looks at the faithful askance. He holds a thurible in his left hand and a boat used for incense in his right hand.

Under his feet there is a large shell, which acts as a proper vessel for holy water.
