Joseph Pierre Lucien Belin (1878-1959) - French artist, student of Paul Sain and Bonnardel. A graduate of the Paris Academy of Fine Arts. He specialized in figural sculpture cast in bronze. He was awarded many times at showrooms, he won a gold medal in 1926. and 1930. He took over the workshop of Eugene David-Gerin at 2 rue Paradis Lyon 2.
