Full-length depiction of a blacksmith at work/ span>

The man was dressed only in a loincloth. The falling material moves with the movement, emphasizing the muscularity of the model.

In his left hand he carries a forged candlestick, and his right hand rests on a heavy hammer with an anvil. From under his frowning eyebrows a scrutinizing look comes out, coldly assessing the progress of the work.
