Figurative representation of Themis - the embodiment of law and justice.
Dressed in a long dress, she holds a sword in her left hand and scales on moving scarves in her right. In order to show her impartiality, her eyes were tied with a blindfold.
The sculpture was placed on a cubic marble plinth.
