INTARSIFIED PORTABLE TABLE, Art Nouveau, circa 1900

Art Nouveau table with two tops and copper handles. Both the top and the bottom are inlaid. It shows horse chestnut leaves along with tree nuts.

The background veneer for the floristic composition was made of circumferentially cut ash - as it was used in German Renaissance furniture. The table legs are made of solid mahogany.
