A monumental vase made in the cloisonné (Shippo-yaki) technique, decorated with, among others, chrysanthemums and cherry blossoms. The copper body of the vase is covered with a network of thin metal threads forming a pattern on the vase, then the artist pours liquid glass of various colors into the cells between the threads, polishes it after cooling, and repeats these activities many times until the smooth surface of the entire vessel is obtained.
