Naturalism, France, 2nd half of the 19th century. Signed "C. Anfrie" and "Le Premier Prix Par Anfrie".
Charles Anfrie (1833-1905) - French sculptor, active in Paris. He mainly made works in bronze in the spirit of academicism and naturalism. Numerous works refer to historical, mythological, and everyday life themes.
Height 44 cm.
