Full-figure representation of a woman with a greyhound.
The young girl is shown with short hair and antique drapery. Squatting down opposite the dog, she focuses all of its attention on her.
With a smile, he raises his index finger, introducing new elements of common functioning. The whole is placed on a multi-colored stone base.

Signature: A. Godard
Armand Godard - French sculptor creating in the spirit of Art Deco. Known for his full-figure representations of women, usually shown in motion. He made a number of bronze and ivory sculptures for the Edmond Etling foundry, located on Rue de Paradis. In the 1920s and 1930s, he exhibited his works at the French Salons. He participated in the World Exhibition in Paris in 1937. As a result of war persecution, he died in 1940.
