Two girls, in an extremely dynamic perspective, are playing within the water bloom. In its crown there is a burner with a mechanism regulating the size of the flame. On the other hand, the artist's signature was placed in the foliage:Charles Thé odore Perron.

Charles Theodore Perron (1862-1934) - French sculptor working in Paris. His works have been awarded many times, incl. at the Paris Salons in 1897. and 1899. He specialized in Art Nouveau figural sculpture.
