Description
An elegant classicist bureau in the "Bonheur du jour" type from the Louis XVI era. Supported by legs that taper towards the bottom, which give it lightness. Veneered with noble types of wood, including mahogany and rosewood. Decorated with intricate inlays in floral and geometric patterns and a set of original bronze fittings based on the classicist diction of forms: a lock fitting in the form of a garland and a drawer handle in the form of a rosette. After closing the flap equipped with a lock, three drawers are blocked, one of which, however, additionally has a secret lock. In the upper part, a rarely used shutter closure.
