The oval opening in the base is flanked by pincer-shaped volutes. Clearly separated by an ornamental band, they raise a pair of angel heads with an equal-armed cross.
The centralizing opening placed among dense foliage has been enriched with rose buds. The whole is crowned by the eye of providence.
