The central field has been divided into two parts - in the lower one you can see pages, and in the upper one inscriptions and heraldic decoration with symbols of the Habsburgs and the Second Reich. An important element of the composition is a trefoil filled with a representation of the personification of the Habsburg Dynasty and the Second Reich standing on a globe accompanied by a black eagle in a crown. Below you can see the old coat of arms of Gliwice. The poster has a decorative border filled with Art Nouveau plant tendrils.
