PORTRAIT OF JEANNE HEBUTERNE, after A. Modigliani, lithograph, 2001
Lithograph made on the basis of a portrait of Jeanne Hebuterne by Amedeo Modigliani, painted with oil paints on canvas in 1919. Jeanne was the painter's partner and muse - it inspired the creation of nearly 25 portraits. In this case, the model was shown frontally. As is typical for an artist, its shapes have been elongated, rendered with the use of flowing, curved lines.
