Reed & Barton - a renowned American company operating since 1840 in Taunton, Massachusetts. It dealt with the production of silver and silver-plated goods. The products found their way not only into the hands of private individuals, but were also made for the army. The valued company remained on the market for many years, until 2015, when it filed for bankruptcy. Reed & Barton operates to this day because it was bought by The Lenox Company.
